This is following our technical team completing extensive in-house training. Any business in Ireland using Vocollect voice terminals or associated voice headsets can now have them repaired in Dublin by Heavey RF trained personnel using authorised Vocollect parts. If the repair of a product is mission critical Heavey RF can provide a very fast turn-around up to and including same day. Heavey RF have a full range of spare parts in stock which enables staff to carry out immediate repairs.

This represents a significant investment by Heavey RF and was done to give current and future voice customers the comfort that Heavey RF as always remain focused on the key area of support.
